I have always loved French fries. This recipe really turns out good. It only takes about 45 minutes in a preheated 375° degree oven. It makes a great part of any meal and a fun snack.
Here’s how I make mine…
Peel about 4 medium potatoes
Cut in French fry pieces
Shake your favorite spices on
Baking pans work great that have those holes in them that lets the heat up from the bottom
If you do like them crispier, put cut up pieces in bag and add about a tablespoon of EVOO and shake
The plain old potato is more nutritious than you might think. I tried sweet potatoes and yams, but there is no substitute like the russet potato. Nothing goes better with a large green salad than French fries! Your family will love these so make sure you bake enough for all.
