a pink foam roller

I would honestly pay a lot of money for a time machine and a full-body massage. But because neither of those things are within reach for me at the moment (come on, science!), I'll just be over hear rolling it out until further notice.

While it's not as fun (read: lazy) as the real deal, foam rolling may improve your range of motion and flexibility as well as reduce muscle pain. And that's kind of amazing if your life is basically just hunching over a desk for eight hours before doing a HIIT workout and retiring to your couch for the rest of time.

So if you're ready to feel all loosey goosey, check out these fitness foam rollers that'll help your muscles chill the hell out.

The deep grooves in the inner foam roller are perfect for those little knots in your back and shoulders. And when you pop it into the soft outer shell, you have a thicker roller that suits the rest of your sore bod.

I feel you, I see you, I am you. This firm roller really gets up in your muscles, but it also vibrates. Those ~good vibes~ somehow make the pain disappear (at least it did for me), making the foam rolling experience way more enjoyable.

If you don't have space for a whole-ass roller

The knobs on this guy target teeny little muscles and tension all up in your bod. This is knot (heh) for the faint of heart.

if foam rolling is too much of a workout for ya

18-Inch Massage Stick Tiger Tail

Ugh, preach! This lil stick is easy to pack and helps release tension without the weirdly-hard exercise that is foam rolling. Grip the ends and press into your muscles as you roll this guy up and down your legs, neck, or lower back. Piece of freaking cake.

If you're lazy and you know it

Theragun Products

There's nothing wrong with taking a shortcut to cure your sore muscles. This, obviously, is not a foam roller, but the little jackhammer-like knob pinpoints your tension and makes quick work of loosening you up. Use it on your calves, quads, hamstrings, feet, neck, shoulders...really anywhere you need some relief.
