![a pink foam roller]()
lululemon
I would honestly pay a lot of money for a time machine and a full-body massage. But because neither of those things are within reach for me at the moment (come on, science!), I'll just be over hear rolling it out until further notice.
While it's not as fun (read: lazy) as the real deal, foam rolling may improve your range of motion and flexibility as well as reduce muscle pain. And that's kind of amazing if your life is basically just hunching over a desk for eight hours before doing a HIIT workout and retiring to your couch for the rest of time.
So if you're ready to feel all loosey goosey, check out these fitness foam rollers that'll help your muscles chill the hell out.
